The 2025 Tyrrell’s Hunter Valley Chardonnay is a modern, medium-bodied Chardonnay sourced from several vineyard sites across Pokolbin, each contributing different characteristics to the final blend. The nose shows fresh citrus and white stone fruit with subtle oak spice and gentle savoury complexity.
On the palate, it is generous and textured with bright fruit intensity and balanced acidity. Individual vineyard parcels were fermented separately in stainless steel and French oak barriques, with time on yeast lees adding texture and complexity without malolactic fermentation. The finish is soft, fresh and well balanced.
