The nose shows lifted cherry and raspberry with red fruits and gentle spice, reflecting the freshness of the high-altitude Glenmore Springs Vineyard.
On the palate, it is light and energetic, with pure red fruit, fresh acidity and fine tannins. Wild fermentation, a small portion of carbonic maceration and restrained French oak help preserve the Pinot Noir’s bright fruit and delicate structure.
