The 2025 Maison Saint Aix Dry Rosé is a refined Provence rosé from Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence, crafted by Maison Saint Aix on one of the region's highest-elevation estates. Produced predominantly from Grenache, with Syrah and Cinsault, the wine is made using the traditional direct-press method to preserve freshness and aromatic purity. It opens with delicate aromas of white peach, wild strawberry, raspberry and citrus blossom, complemented by subtle floral notes and a fine mineral lift.
On the palate, it is light-bodied with crisp natural acidity and a silky, refreshing texture. Flavours of ripe red berries, pink grapefruit and citrus unfold with a delicate saline edge, leading to a clean, dry finish that is elegant, balanced and distinctly Provençal.
Ben's Recommendation: At Wine More Cellars, this is an excellent Provence rosé for those who enjoy fresh, dry and food-friendly wines with finesse. Best served well chilled and enjoyed over the next 2–3 years. Pair with grilled prawns, fresh oysters, Mediterranean salads, sushi, grilled fish or herb-roasted chicken.
