The nose shows ripe blackberry, black cherry and dark plum with black pepper, liquorice and savoury olive notes, complemented by hints of vanilla and warm spice. The region’s stony soils and warm Mediterranean conditions help produce Shiraz with plenty of colour and flavour concentration.
On the palate, it is medium-to-full bodied and plush, with juicy plum, blackberry and black cherry supported by soft, rounded tannins and balanced acidity. Liquorice, pepper and earthy spice add complexity, while subtle vanilla and dark chocolate notes carry through to a smooth, warming and persistent finish.
