On the palate, it is medium-bodied, juicy and smooth, with ripe strawberry and raspberry flavours supported by delicate tannins and fresh acidity. The 2025 is a blend of 90% Pinot Noir and 10% Syrah, fermented and matured in stainless steel to preserve its vibrant fruit character. The finish is soft, rounded and persistent.
