On the palate, it is crisp and lively with bright citrus-like acidity, juicy pear and nectarine flavours and a gently textured mid-palate. Cool fermentation in stainless steel preserves the fresh fruit, while two months of gentle tank bâtonnage adds subtle weight and complexity. The finish is dry, persistent and citrus-driven.
