The 2025 Château Carbonneau Margot Blanc is a vibrant 100% Sauvignon Blanc from Sainte-Foy Bordeaux, crafted by the family-owned Château Carbonneau. Inspired by the freshness and purity of New World Sauvignon Blanc while remaining true to its Bordeaux roots, this wine is harvested in the cool of the morning and fermented at low temperatures to preserve its bright aromatics. The nose reveals expressive aromas of grapefruit, green apple, passionfruit and citrus, complemented by delicate mineral notes.
On the palate, it is light to medium-bodied with crisp natural acidity and a smooth, rounded texture from extended lees stirring. Flavours of lime, peach, tropical fruit and citrus unfold with excellent freshness, while a subtle saline mineral edge carries through to a long, clean and refreshing finish.
