Made predominantly from estate-grown Sauvignon Blanc with a small portion of Semillon, it shows lemon and citrus with passionfruit, pineapple and subtle herbaceous notes. Early-morning harvesting and stainless-steel fermentation help preserve its bright fruit character.
On the palate, it is light and crisp with crunchy acidity supporting citrus, tart pineapple and passionfruit flavours. Gentle herbal and savoury notes add definition, leading to a clean, dry and refreshing finish with plenty of Frankland River freshness.
