The 2024 Yalumba The Menzies Cabernet Sauvignon is a premium Coonawarra red grown on the region’s famous terra rossa soils. The nose shows blueberry and violet with rosemary, sea spray and subtle choc-mint notes.
On the palate, it is full-bodied and rich with blackcurrant, dark berries and mulberry, supported by long, structured tannins. Seventeen months in Hungarian oak hogsheads, including 25% new oak, adds depth and complexity.
