The 2024 Pooley Cooinda Vale Pinot Noir is a refined single-vineyard wine from the family’s original Coal River Valley property, established in 1985. It displays fragrant aromas of dark cherry, wild strawberry, raspberry and red plum, layered with violet, orange peel, baking spice, dried herbs and an earthy mineral character.
On the palate, it is dark-fruited and finely structured, with cherry and plum flavours supported by fresh acidity and firm, graphite-like tannins. Savoury spice, subtle oak and a stony mineral quality bring further depth, leading to a long, poised and persistent finish.

At Wine More Cellars, this is an outstanding Tasmanian Pinot Noir that combines perfume and elegance with the structure to reward cellaring. Enjoy now after one to two hours of decanting or cellar until approximately 2039. Ideal with roast duck, venison, lamb, game birds or mushroom and truffle dishes.
