The 2024 Dalrymple Vineyards Coal River Valley Single Site Pinot Noir is a refined Tasmanian Pinot Noir presented in a 1500ml Magnum format. The nose is complex with spiced plum, ripe tamarillo and cranberry, layered with blue florals, dark spice and subtle savoury notes.
On the palate, it is medium-bodied with fresh plum fruit, bright natural acidity and smooth, finely structured tannins. Handpicked fruit was fermented with 20% whole bunches before spending 10 months in French oak barriques, including 30% new oak, adding spice and texture while maintaining freshness through a long, subtle finish.
