The cool 2023 growing season has delivered a wine with purity and balance, offering aromas of apricot, quince and yellow apple alongside hints of acacia honey, orange blossom, ginger and white tea.
On the palate, it is medium-bodied and beautifully textured, with layers of stone fruit and citrus supported by bright natural acidity and a fine phenolic edge.
