Produced from organically and biodynamically farmed vineyards surrounding the historic Clos des Capucins in Kaysersberg, the wine reflects Domaine Weinbach’s meticulous low-intervention philosophy and elegant interpretation of cool-climate Pinot Noir. The granitic and sandy soils of the Clos des Capucins contribute remarkable freshness, aromatic lift and mineral finesse, giving the wine a Burgundian sensibility while retaining a distinct Alsatian identity.
