The 2023 Picardy Tête de Cuvée Pinot Noir is a finely structured, multi-clonal Pinot Noir from Pemberton, Western Australia. The nose shows dark cherry, blackberry and forest berries, layered with black tea, dried herbs, earthy spice and subtle cedar notes.
On the palate, it is medium-bodied yet concentrated, with vibrant acidity and fine, grainy tannins providing structure. Dark cherry and berry fruit combine with savoury earth, spice and mineral characters, leading to a long, precise finish with excellent depth and persistence.
