The 2023 Joh. Jos. Prüm Graacher Himmelreich Riesling Auslese Magnum (1500ml) is a beautifully concentrated Mosel Riesling from the renowned Graacher Himmelreich vineyard. Made from fully ripe fruit with very little botrytis influence, it shows mango, ripe peach, Mirabelle plum and citrus, lifted by mint, chamomile and delicate herbal notes.
On the palate, it combines Auslese sweetness with remarkable precision, vibrant acidity and a pronounced saline, slate-driven minerality. At just 8% alcohol, it remains elegant and finely balanced despite its concentration. The 2023 received 97 points from James Suckling and 96 points from both Wine Advocate and Vinous.

At Wine More Cellars, this impressive 1.5L magnum is an excellent collector’s format for a Riesling built to age. Delicious from 2026, with potential to develop beautifully for several decades—the Wine Advocate suggests drinking through 2075. Ideal with spicy Asian cuisine, pork belly, miso-glazed fish, pâté, hard cheeses or fruit-based desserts.
