The 2023 Domaine Clement Lavallee Aligote is a vibrant white from northern Burgundy, made entirely from Aligoté. Grown on clay-limestone soils, it shows bright lemon, green apple and crisp pear alongside white flowers and subtle chalky, mineral notes.
On the palate, it is dry, light and energetic, with lively acidity driving fresh citrus and orchard fruit flavours. The wine is vinified in tank and matured on fine lees, preserving the purity and freshness of the Aligoté while adding gentle texture. A clean saline and mineral character carries through the crisp, refreshing finish.
