The 2022 Tyrrell’s Belford Semillon is a single-vineyard Hunter Valley white from the historic Belford Vineyard, planted in 1933 on light, sandy soils. The nose is fresh and restrained, showing lemon, green apple and pear with subtle floral, herbal and mineral notes.
On the palate, it is dry and finely structured with bright acidity and a firm, focused texture. Fresh citrus and orchard fruit carry through to a long, clean finish. Made without oak influence, the wine retains the purity and freshness characteristic of classic Hunter Valley Semillon.
