On the palate, it is concentrated yet precise, with vibrant acidity driving juicy stone fruit and citrus flavours. The wine combines impressive depth with a cool, polished character, while savoury spice and pronounced saline minerality provide tension and complexity. The finish is long, dry and finely structured.
