The 2022 Gaja Barbaresco Magnum (1500ml) is a refined Piedmontese Nebbiolo showing red cherry, raspberry and plum with rose petals, violet, anise and subtle earthy spice.
On the palate, it is structured and elegant, with vibrant acidity, firm fine-grained tannins and layers of red fruit, dried flowers, savoury herbs and spice. The finish is long, dry and persistent, with excellent potential for bottle development.
