The 2022 Ca'Marcanda Magari Bolgheri DOP Half Bottle (375ml) is a beautifully refined Super Tuscan from Angelo Gaja's acclaimed Ca'Marcanda estate in Bolgheri. A blend of Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot, the wine is sourced from limestone- and clay-rich coastal vineyards before maturing in French oak, delivering both elegance and depth. The nose is vibrant and expressive, revealing redcurrant, black cherry and plum layered with Mediterranean herbs, olive leaf, balsamic notes and subtle spice. Awarded 95 points by James Suckling, 94 points by Jeb Dunnuck and 93 points by Wine Spectator, it is one of the standout Bolgheri wines of the vintage.
On the palate, it is medium to full-bodied with silky tannins, vibrant acidity and exceptional balance.
