The nose shows dark cherry, raspberry and blackberry with subtle briar, spice and earthy mineral notes. Chalk and limestone soils contribute freshness and definition to the wine.
On the palate, it is medium-bodied and rounded, with juicy red and dark fruit, fresh acidity and fine tannins. Partial whole-bunch fermentation brings additional lift, while maturation in oak adds gentle structure without dominating the Pinot Noir character.
