The 2022 Amélie Guillot Blanc Floral Vieilles Vignes is a distinctive white from Arbois in France’s Jura region, blending approximately 80% Chardonnay with 20% Savagnin from vines approaching 70 years of age. Grown on the region’s characteristic marl soils, it shows yellow apple, pear and lemon zest alongside chamomile, almond and subtle savoury notes.
On the palate, it is dry and finely textured with vibrant acidity balancing orchard fruit, citrus and gentle nutty complexity.
