Xavier Monnot buys from contracted growers in the Cote de Beaune to make his Bourgogne Rouge. The grapes are 100% destemmed and the wine is aged in 15% new oak. A fruity style, yet this also has a vibrant structure as well as fine depth and intensity for the appellation.
