The 2021 Banks Road Will's Selection Pinot Noir is a small-production, premium Bellarine Peninsula Pinot Noir made from a selection of low-yielding estate fruit. The nose shows cherry, raspberry and strawberry with subtle earthy notes and gentle oak complexity, reflecting the cool maritime character of the region.
On the palate, it is medium-bodied and silky, with vibrant red fruit, balanced acidity and fine tannins leading to a long, refined finish. Produced in very limited quantities from the highest-grade fruit and selected ferments, Will's Selection represents a more concentrated expression of Banks Road Pinot Noir.
