At Wine More Cellars, this is a fantastic example of Aglianico’s potential outside Italy, offering structure and ageing potential with a more polished, approachable edge. Compared to classic Taurasi styles, it is slightly more fruit-forward while still retaining the variety’s signature grip and savoury complexity. Best enjoyed with decanting if drinking young, or cellar through 2035+ for further development. Ideal with grilled meats, braised dishes, game or rich, hearty cuisine.
