The 2019 Venta la Vega Adaras Huella is a premium organic red from Almansa DO in southeastern Spain, crafted primarily from old-vine Garnacha Tintorera with Monastrell grown on high-altitude limestone and clay soils. This expressive wine highlights the concentration of the region while maintaining freshness and balance. The nose reveals aromas of blackberry, black cherry and ripe plum, layered with violet, Mediterranean herbs, sweet spice and subtle earthy notes.
