2022 Inama Carbonare Soave Classico is one of the most distinctive expressions of Soave Classico from the volcanic hills of Veneto, Italy. Produced by the renowned Inama estate, Carbonare comes from a historic single vineyard planted on dark basalt soils, which give the wine its characteristic minerality and precision.
Made primarily from Garganega, the 2022 vintage shows lifted aromas of lemon zest, white peach and citrus blossom, layered with notes of almond, chamomile and flinty minerality. The palate is vibrant and textured, with bright citrus and stone-fruit flavours supported by crisp acidity and a distinctive mineral backbone. The finish is long, fresh and beautifully balanced.
