2022 Bruno Rocca Langhe Chardonnay Cadet is an elegant Italian Chardonnay from the Langhe hills of Piedmont, crafted by the renowned Barbaresco producer Bruno Rocca. While the estate is best known for its Nebbiolo-based wines, this Chardonnay highlights the winery’s ability to produce refined and terroir-driven white wines from the same prestigious region.
Made from 100% Chardonnay, the wine is fermented at controlled temperatures and matured for around 12 months, primarily in stainless steel with a small portion in French oak, preserving freshness while adding subtle texture and complexity.
On the nose, it reveals aromas of golden apple, melon, pineapple and acacia honey with delicate mineral notes. The palate is fresh, balanced and savoury, with lively acidity, gentle spice and a persistent finish that reflects the limestone-rich soils of the Langhe.
