SAN SALVATORE 19.88

San Salvatore 19.88 is a premium organic winery located in Campania, southern Italy, within the Cilento National Park, a UNESCO-protected area known for its pristine environment and Mediterranean biodiversity. Founded by Giuseppe Pagano, the estate combines modern design with a deep respect for traditional southern Italian winemaking.

The winery is named “19.88” to mark the founder’s birth year, symbolising a modern vision rooted in heritage. San Salvatore focuses on indigenous Campanian grape varieties, particularly Fiano, Greco, Aglianico and Falanghina, producing wines that reflect the region’s unique terroir.

The vineyards benefit from coastal influence, limestone soils and warm sunshine, resulting in wines that balance ripeness with freshness and mineral character. White wines are typically aromatic and textured, showing citrus, stone fruit and floral notes, while Aglianico-based reds offer dark fruit, spice and firm structure.
