Partial whole-bunch fermentation and French oak aging add structure and complexity while preserving freshness. The nose is lifted and aromatic, showing strawberry, red cherry and cranberry layered with notes of cedar, spice and subtle forest floor complexity.
On the palate, it is medium-bodied with silky tannins and vibrant acidity, delivering a core of red fruit balanced by savoury nuance and gentle oak influence. The finish is long, fresh and elegant, with a fine, spicy structure and mineral lift.
