Smoky mineral reduction. This is both the most complete and also most saline of the bunch. It carries ample weight, plenty of flavour that's loaded up with minerality and the spine of acidity provides a rod that holds it all in line. Pretty electrifying stuff. Little twinges and pangs of saltiness reverberate along the long finish. Again that bitter mineral flair whips across the back palate, it really energises with that final refreshing burst.
