MARC BREDIF
Marc Brédif is one of the historic producers of the Loire Valley, best known for its benchmark wines from Vouvray in the Touraine region of France. Founded in 1893, the estate built its reputation on Chenin Blanc wines that express the purity, minerality, and longevity of the Loire’s limestone and tuffeau soils.
The winery is particularly famous for its aged Vouvray wines, with bottles sometimes released after extended cellar maturation in the region’s underground caves. These wines range from dry to lusciously sweet styles and are celebrated for their vibrant acidity, notes of citrus, honey, quince, and white flowers, and exceptional ageing potential.
Today, Marc Brédif remains a reference name for traditional Loire Valley winemaking, offering classic expressions of Vouvray Chenin Blanc that combine freshness, balance, and remarkable longevity.
