The 2023 Glenguin Botrytis Semillon (375ml) is a luscious dessert wine from the Hunter Valley, crafted from Semillon affected by noble rot and produced by the boutique, family-owned Glenguin Estate. Made using organically and biodynamically farmed fruit, the wine balances richness and sweetness with the bright natural acidity that has made Hunter Valley Semillon famous. A small portion of barrel-aged Marsanne adds an extra layer of texture and complexity.
The nose reveals candied orange peel, apricot and honey alongside notes of gingerbread spice and honeysuckle. The palate is velvety and silky, with layers of marmalade, tropical fruit and citrus balanced by refreshing acidity. Rich and luscious without becoming cloying, it finishes long, clean and beautifully poised.

A beautifully balanced Australian dessert wine that delivers plenty of flavour and complexity without excessive sweetness. Perfect with blue cheese, foie gras, fruit tarts or crème brûlée, it is equally enjoyable on its own as a decadent finish to a meal. Drink now and over the next 5–8 years.
