The 2022 Vougeot Petit Vougeot has an attractive iris flower and violet-scented bouquet that unfurls in the glass, with touches of blue fruit developing with aeration. The palate is medium-bodied with supple tannins and smooth in texture. Fresh, if needing a little more grip towards the finish. It's probably early drinking, but it will be thoroughly enjoyable.
