The grapes come from limestone-rich slopes around the Les Roussots vineyard, where the Jura terroir gives Pinot Noir a distinctive balance of freshness, minerality and aromatic lift. The wine is aged in French oak barrels in traditional underground stone cellars, adding structure and complexity while preserving the purity of fruit.
