Domaine Baudouin Millet is a historic family-owned winery in Chablis, producing elegant Chardonnay that captures the purity and minerality of one of Burgundy's most celebrated white wine regions. With a winemaking history spanning more than three centuries, the Millet family has cultivated vineyards in Chablis since the early 1700s, making the estate one of the region's longstanding traditional producers.
Based in the village of Chablis, the estate farms vineyards across Petit Chablis, Chablis, and Chablis Premier Cru appellations. The vineyards are planted on the region's famous Kimmeridgian limestone soils, rich in fossilised marine sediments that give Chablis its unmistakable chalky minerality and vibrant freshness.
Domaine Baudouin Millet is dedicated exclusively to Chardonnay, producing wines that display aromas of lemon, green apple, white peach, citrus blossom, oyster shell, and flint. On the palate, the wines are crisp, precise, and mineral-driven, combining bright acidity with elegant texture and a long, saline finish. The Premier Cru wines offer additional depth, complexity, and excellent ageing potential while maintaining the classic restraint that defines Chablis.
