DOMAINE ALZIPRATU

Domaine Alzipratu is a respected family-owned winery located in the Balagne region of Corsica, France, near the village of Zilia. The estate is known for producing distinctive wines that showcase the island’s unique terroir and indigenous grape varieties.

The vineyards are planted in the foothills of Corsica’s mountainous landscape, benefiting from a combination of Mediterranean sunshine, cooling sea breezes and mineral-rich soils. This environment allows grapes to ripen fully while maintaining freshness and aromatic complexity.

Domaine Alzipratu focuses on traditional Corsican varieties such as Sciaccarellu, Niellucciu and Vermentino, producing wines that reflect the island’s character. The reds often show bright red berry fruit, herbs and spice, while the whites offer citrus, stone fruit and mineral freshness.

The estate is particularly recognised for its Calvi AOC wines, which are considered among the most elegant and terroir-driven expressions from Corsica.
