The 2022 Frogmore Creek Sparkling is a cool-climate Tasmanian sparkling from the Coal River Valley, made from 70% Pinot Noir, 25% Pinot Meunier and 5% Chardonnay. The nose shows citrus, red apple and peach with subtle sea-spray, crushed stone, fresh pastry and toasted nut notes.
On the palate, it is bright and finely textured with crisp acidity, energetic bubbles and fresh apple and citrus flavours. A gentle creamy character adds depth, while mineral and lightly saline notes lead to a dry, focused finish. The 2022 vintage was awarded Silver at the 2026 Tasmanian Wine Show.

At Wine More Cellars, this is a great choice for sparkling wine drinkers who enjoy refined Tasmanian bubbles with fresh fruit, creamy texture and mineral character. Best served well chilled and pair with oysters, grilled prawns, smoked salmon, fried chicken, fresh seafood or soft cheeses.
