Produced by the Bret Brothers from organically and biodynamically farmed old vines in the historic Clos de Grand-Père vineyard in Vinzelles, the wine reflects a meticulous low-intervention philosophy focused on purity, freshness and terroir transparency. The limestone-rich soils and warm southern Burgundy climate combine to produce a wine of remarkable texture and energy. The nose reveals preserved lemon, ripe pear and white peach layered alongside white flowers, wet stone and subtle toasted almond notes, giving the wine impressive lift and complexity.
On the palate, it is light to medium-bodied with vibrant natural acidity, silky texture and a tightly focused mineral core.
