2020 Vietti Barbaresco Roncaglie is a refined single-MGA Barbaresco made from 100% Nebbiolo from the Roncaglie vineyard in Barbaresco, a site known for limestone-clay soils and south to south-west exposure. Vietti ferments it over about three weeks with traditional maceration methods, then ages it for around 30 months in large oak casks, giving the wine both structure and polish.
