The nose is bright and energetic, showing green apple, lemon zest and citrus blossom, layered with white flowers, chalk and subtle brioche notes. There is a clear Chablis-like mineral profile, with freshness and tension driving the aromatics.
On the palate, it is light to medium-bodied with fine, lively bubbles and crisp acidity. Citrus, orchard fruit and saline mineral notes are supported by a bone-dry finish, creating a style that is clean, refreshing and highly drinkable. The absence of dosage gives the wine extra precision and energy, making it feel more focused than many richer sparkling wines.
