Coming from the Vallee de la Marne, this is a blend of 79% Meunier and 21% Pinot Noir from a certified organic and bioydnamic producer. The exploration which the Selected range allows Manu – in his own words – "is to find like minded, engaged and respectful growers who thrive to transmit their knowledge of both work ethic and terroirs through their wines". Disgorged in January 2025, and finished with a dosage of 2g/L.
