The 2026 Henschke Julius Riesling is a finely structured Eden Valley white made from 100% Riesling. The nose is intensely aromatic with orange blossom, jasmine and frangipani, layered with lime zest, lemon, finger lime, pink grapefruit and fresh nectarine.
On the palate, it is light-bodied and precise with vibrant mineral acidity driving fresh citrus, white peach and crisp green apple flavours. Tank fermentation preserves the delicate fruit and floral character, leading to a dry, focused and exceptionally persistent finish.
