Bright garnet in colour with a juicy nose of red cherry fruit, hints of cinnamon, cardamom and black pepper spice dusted over pink rose petals. On the palate the red fruit is juicy and tangy with firm, fine silky tannins and a fleshy vibrant finish. A delicious mouthful – will match very well to a little chilli or Moroccan spices on grilled lamb cutlets.
