Crafted by Hesketh Wine Company, it highlights the freshness and purity of the region with lifted aromas of ripe cherry, raspberry and wild strawberry, complemented by subtle floral notes, gentle spice and a touch of earthy complexity. A small portion of whole-berry fermentation and maturation in older oak add aromatic lift and texture while preserving the vibrant fruit.
