Grown from 22-year-old vines on light loamy clay over sandstone with schist and quartz rubble, it shows bright lime and citrus alongside green apple, subtle tropical fruit, fresh herbs and a savoury mineral edge.
On the palate, it is dry and medium-bodied with vibrant acidity and a layered, gently creamy texture. The fruit was 100% whole-cluster pressed before fermentation and eight months of maturation in neutral French barriques and hogsheads, adding texture and complexity without prominent oak flavour.
