The 2025 Domaine Christian Moreau Père et Fils Chablis is a vibrant village-level Chardonnay made from grapes sourced around Fontenay-Près-Chablis and Béru. It offers inviting aromas of citrus peel, lemon and green apple, complemented by subtle lees, sea spray and delicate white flowers.
On the palate, it is crisp and well defined, with refreshing acidity and classic Chablis minerality. Citrus and saline flavours lead into touches of mango, apricot and gentle spice, giving the wine satisfying weight while preserving an energetic, easy-drinking character.

At Wine More Cellars, this is an excellent choice for those seeking classic Chablis freshness with a little extra fruit and generosity. Serve chilled at 9–11°C; no decanting is required, although a few minutes in the glass will help it open. Enjoy from 2027 or cellar through approximately 2032. Ideal with oysters, prawns, grilled fish, roast chicken, sushi, goat’s cheese or creamy seafood dishes.
