The 2024 Yalumba Paradox Shiraz is a refined Barossa Valley red with a softer, savoury expression of Shiraz. The nose shows dark berries and boysenberry with earthy spice, mocha, florals and ironstone notes.
On the palate, it is medium to full-bodied with cranberry and raspberry, fine suede-like tannins and dark chocolate notes. Sixteen months in French oak puncheons adds subtle depth while maintaining balance and freshness.
