Sourced from one of Forest Hill's most celebrated vineyard blocks, this cool-climate Cabernet showcases purity, structure and regional character, opening with aromas of blackberry, dark cherry and violet, complemented by hints of graphite, cedar and subtle vanilla oak.
On the palate, it is full-bodied yet beautifully poised, with fine-grained tannins and vibrant acidity supporting concentrated flavours of blackcurrant, dark berries and black olive. Notes of graphite, dried herbs and gentle spice add complexity, while maturation in French oak provides texture and depth without overshadowing the fruit.
