The 2024 Domaine Vincent Tremblay Chablis Vieilles Vignes is an old-vine Chardonnay from Chablis, Burgundy, produced from vines at least 40 years old. The nose shows lemon, green apple and pear with subtle white flowers, flint and crushed-stone minerality.
On the palate, it is medium-bodied with vibrant acidity, greater concentration and texture than the domaine’s standard Chablis. Citrus and orchard fruit are balanced by a pronounced mineral character and subtle savoury complexity, leading to a precise, dry and persistent finish.
Ben’s Recommendation:
At Wine More Cellars, this is a great choice for Chablis drinkers who enjoy bright citrus, mineral precision and the additional depth that comes from older vines. Enjoy it now or cellar over the next 4–6 years as further complexity develops. Ideal with fresh oysters, scallops, grilled prawns, white fish, roast chicken or goat cheese.
